The classic Rancher remains one of our most enduringly popular western hats, famed for its iconic, retro-style profile. A favorite of working cowboys, country music stars, and wildcatting oilmen alike, it features a tall 5” cattleman crown and 4” heavy curved brim, complemented by a 2-ply cord hat band, removable feather detail and JBS branding iron pin―a nod to our trailblazing founder John B. Stetson. It’s crafted from our proprietary 6X quality fur felt blend, giving it a substantial feel designed to hold its shape come rain or shine, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Rancher is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.
